Returns and Exchanges

    1. We offer a 10 days hassle-free Returns and Exchange from the date of delivery which simply means that you have 10 days to decide whether you want to keep the product/s OR Return it OR Exchange it for a different size.  We offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost to you.  
    2. Please ensure while returning the product/s, the packaging is intact the way it was delivered to you.

    4. If you have received a defective product, send us images at ___email ID_____ and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by our customer support team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of the Product/s within 2-3 days of receiving the request.

  2. Our delivery partner will attempt the pick up after you request for a Return/ Exchange. Pick-up attempts will be done maximum 2 or 3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product up.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

All concerns will be solved between Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm. Any pending concerns will be responded to on the next day during our working hours.
  6. We reserve the right not to accept return of products which:
    (i) we believe are being returned after being washed, stained or used.
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  7. Hipcastle may cancel your product purchase at any time, for any unavoidable reasons. 
  8. Hipcastle reserves the right to decline or cancel part or all of your Product order at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and/or prior notice.  If Hipcastle elects to cancel your purchase in whole or in part, through no fault on your end, Hipcastle will refund all amounts charged in a reasonable timeframe.
  9. If an order placed during a sale or with the use of a coupon code is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  10. For returns of COD orders, YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE ORDER VALUE on your registered email ID/ contact number WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE AND CAN BE REDEEMED ANYTIME IN THAT TIMEFRAME.
  11. In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s bank account.
  12. Please note: REFUND/ BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS/ ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT

We run deals on our website i.e. BUY ONE GET ONE and other promotional deals where free products are included, such orders shall not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  1. Bank Account details provided by the customer would be considered as final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  2. The customer must take care of the products while they are in their possession IF AT ALL THEY PLAN TO RETURN IT which includes everything that came along with the parcel you received.
